Welcome to Zeavo Group. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Zeavo Group concerning your access to and use of our digital workspace products, email hosting, and cloud storage services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing any part of our service ecosystem, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Provision of Services

Zeavo Group provides comprehensive cloud-based collaboration tools. We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime; however, we reserve the right to interrupt service for necessary maintenance, updates, or in response to unforeseen security threats. We will make reasonable efforts to notify account administrators prior to any scheduled downtime.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The services provided by Zeavo Group must only be used for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our servers for the distribution of malware, unsolicited mass communications (spam), or hosting illegal content. Any violation of these parameters will result in immediate, non-refundable termination of your account.

4. Billing and Renewals

All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected during onboarding. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. If a payment fails to process, Zeavo Group reserves the right to suspend access to your workspace until the outstanding balance is settled. Annual plans are subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

The Zeavo Group platform, including its original code, design elements, and proprietary software integrations, are owned by us and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain total ownership of all data, files, and communications you upload or transmit through your workspace.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website or use our cloud workspace services, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

1. Information We Collect

To provision and maintain your digital workspace, we collect specific personally identifiable information (PII) and corporate data. This includes, but is not limited to: your name, corporate email address, billing address, phone number, and domain registration details. We also collect automated diagnostic data related to your usage of our servers to ensure optimal performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is strictly utilized to operate, maintain, and provide the features of the Zeavo Group services. This includes processing transactions, sending administrative notifications (such as billing alerts and security updates), and providing customer support. We do not engage in the mining of your personal emails or cloud drive files for advertising purposes.

3. Data Security and Encryption

Security is the cornerstone of our architecture. All data transmitted between your devices and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols. Data at rest within our cloud storage facilities is equally encrypted. Access to our internal databases is strictly limited to authorized engineering personnel who require access to perform their duties.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

Zeavo Group does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information strictly confidential (e.g., payment gateways). We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law or protect our rights.

5. Your Rights

At Zeavo Group, we provide immediate, fully-provisioned digital infrastructure. Due to the nature of Software as a Service (SaaS) and the immediate costs associated with allocating server space and configuring custom domains, our refund policy is strictly defined below.

1. The 14-Day Evaluation Period

We offer a 14-day evaluation window for all new corporate accounts. If you determine that the Zeavo Group workspace does not meet your organizational requirements within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible to request a full refund, less any fees incurred for custom domain registration (if applicable).

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Payments made for monthly subscription plans are non-refundable after the initial 14-day window. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any point, and your account will remain active until the conclusion of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months of service.

3. Annual Subscriptions

If you have committed to an annual plan and wish to terminate your service early, you must submit a formal request to our billing department. Refunds for annual plans cancelled after the 14-day period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, will be pro-rated based on the monthly equivalent rate of the service used, minus an early termination administrative fee.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to successfully appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Zeavo Group is a provider of cloud-based enterprise software and digital infrastructure. As such, we do not manufacture, package, or ship physical goods. All of our products and services are delivered entirely through digital mediums.

1. Digital Fulfillment and Provisioning

Upon the successful completion of your onboarding agreement and the clearance of your initial payment, our automated systems begin the provisioning process. This involves configuring your administrative console, allocating your pooled cloud storage limits, and setting up the necessary DNS routing for your custom email domain.

2. Delivery Timelines

For standard domains that are already verified, digital workspace delivery is typically instantaneous, allowing you to log in within minutes. However, if your onboarding requires the registration of a new domain or complex DNS migrations, the full provisioning process may take between 1 to 24 hours to propagate across global networks.

3. Onboarding Assistance

Once your environment is ready, an automated "Welcome & Setup" package will be delivered electronically to the contact email address provided during registration. This email contains your initial administrative credentials, links to your login portals, and comprehensive documentation to assist you in migrating your existing data and adding new users to your organization.
